Request a quote
Request a Quote
A quote starts from the aerosol product you are filling, not from a catalogue: the finished product and its application decide which packaging we recommend.
What to send
What to send us
Two things decide the answer: the finished product, and the packaging requirement that goes with it. Send all of it in one message if you have it. Where a detail is still open, say which one, and the quote works from what you do have.
Every enquiry
- The finished aerosol product and its application: what is being filled, and where it is used.
- The packaging requirements: size, shape, color, capacity, precision, and dose or usage.
- The quantity you need.
- Any technical constraint you already know. It decides what we can propose.
If the item is not standard
A non-standard item is confirmed in this order, and the price comes last:
- Technical parameters
- Quantity
- Required lead time
- Sample or drawings
- Price
Quote building
How a quote is built
- Standard and common products
- Quoted straight from our price list. Management approval is needed only when a requirement falls outside that list.
- Non-standard work
- Starts with a technical feasibility evaluation. Where the item cannot be made as specified, we propose an alternative instead.
- Complete set
- Every quote first covers the item you asked for. It then offers the full set as complete-set pricing: valve, actuator, cap and can.
- Quantity
- Quantity drives tooling economics: a tooling fee is amortized or waived on large volumes, and charged separately on small ones.
Sequence
What happens next
The sequence is the same for every enquiry. The steps below are the order, not a schedule.
-
01
Your written requirement is received
The written requirement is the starting point: the finished product, its application, the packaging requirement and the quantity.
-
02
Standard item quoted, or non-standard item evaluated
A standard or common product is quoted from the price list. An item outside it goes to a technical feasibility evaluation first.
-
03
Final quote, with approval
The final quote is issued once it carries the approval it needs for your requirement.
-
04
Contract and 30% deposit
A written confirmation is followed by the contract and a 30% deposit. Where a mould is involved, the tooling fee is charged with the deposit and listed separately from it.
-
05
Production
Production starts once the deposit is received, and details that still need confirming are settled with you rather than assumed.
The form
Your requirement
Use the checklist above when you fill this in: the finished product, its application, the packaging requirement and the quantity. For a non-standard item, the technical parameters come first, and the price last.
Not connected yet
- This form is not connected to a receiving endpoint yet, so nothing is sent from this page. The submit control is disabled for that reason, not because a field is missing.
- The fields stay visible so you can see what an enquiry has to contain. Until the endpoint is connected, an enquiry cannot reach us through this page.
Not ready to send a full requirement?
A sample request starts the same conversation, and it is checked against existing tooling before anything is cut.
