Working with us
What we recommend follows the aerosol product you make, not our catalogue. From the first enquiry to the shipping documents, this is the order the work happens in.
Process
We start from the aerosol product you make and the way it is used, not from what we happen to have.
We confirm what the pack has to be: size, shape, color, capacity, precision and quantity.
The item decides the route. A market-standard specification goes the standard way even when we source it in; anything outside our range goes the non-standard way.
Standard items are quoted straight from our price list; anything outside the price list needs management approval. A non-standard item is confirmed in this order: technical parameters, quantity, lead time, sample or drawings, then price.
You accept the quote, confirm in writing, and sign the contract with a 30% deposit. A tooling fee, if there is one, is charged with the deposit and listed separately. Production starts after the deposit.
Production details that need your decision are confirmed in writing before we run them. A change that raises cost or extends lead time is charged to the side that asked for it: to you if the change is yours, to us if the error is ours.
Once all details are settled we make a small pre-production sample and send it for your testing.
Approval of the sample, and acceptance of the test data, must be in writing — email, chat or a signed copy.
Mass production follows, then you inspect at the factory.
After the inspection passes, every customer pays the 70% balance. No 10% is retained after delivery.
After the balance is paid, packing, the freight forwarder and the shipping documents are arranged. Who does what, and the freight cost, are set in the contract.
Standard items
A market-standard specification is a standard item for us, even when we source it in rather than make it. That route is the short one.
Custom items
An item is non-standard when it is outside our range; when it is not on the market, or is on it at a price far above what the product can carry and needs an import substitute with new tooling; or when it is a copy of a premium imported item to be tooled here.
For these items the order of confirmation comes before any number does.
What the part has to do in your finished product, and to what tolerance. Feasibility is judged on these.
How much you expect to run.
Production confirms it from its own schedule, and your contact passes it back to you.
A drawing, or a sample of what the part has to match.
Calculated last, once the four points above are settled, with technical input and management approval.
If we assess that the item cannot be made, we propose a standard item from the range, or a transferable alternative we can source. If you still want the original custom item, management decides whether to invest in tooling, place the mould with an outside toolmaker, or decline.

Deposit and balance, when the tooling and sample fees are collected, currencies, payment instruments and shipping options.
When each fee is charged, when it is free, when it is refunded, and what the refund counts against.
Sampling against agreed parameters, test data as the acceptance baseline, written approval and your own factory inspection.
Send the finished aerosol product and the pack requirements around it, and we will come back with the route, the confirmation points and a quote.
