Our quality policy

Quality Checked at Every Stage, Not Just at the End

At BOVTECK, quality control isn't a single checkpoint before shipment — it's built into every stage of production, from incoming raw material to the final container loading.

We combine ISO 9001-certified quality management processes with 100% functional testing on every valve, giving our international partners confidence that what they ordered is exactly what arrives.

From Raw Material to Shipment

A detailed look at every quality checkpoint your order passes through.

1

Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)

All plastic resin, metal sheet, spring wire, and gasket materials are inspected and tested against specification before being released to production.

Material certificates checked Dimensional spot-check Hardness/thickness test
2

In-Process Inspection (IPQC)

During injection molding, stamping, and spring coiling, operators and QC staff perform periodic dimensional and visual checks to catch deviations early.

First-article inspection Hourly sampling checks Visual defect screening
3

Assembly Line Function Testing

As valves move through automatic assembly, in-line testing stations perform 100% leak testing and spray function verification — not just a sample.

100% leak test 100% function test Automatic reject sorting
4

Final Quality Inspection (FQC)

Before packing, finished goods undergo a final round of dimensional, visual, and functional checks, including dosage/spray pattern verification for metering products.

Dosage verification Spray pattern check Packaging accuracy check
5

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

A final random sampling inspection, following AQL standards, is performed on packed cartons before container loading — covering quantity, packaging, and product condition.

Testing methods

How We Test Our Products

Specific test methods used to validate function, safety, and durability.

100% Test
Photo to be supplied: a valve being leak tested in a water bath.

Leak Testing

Water bath immersion and pressure decay methods detect any micro-leaks in the valve seal.

Standard: Zero bubble leakage
Sampling
Photo to be supplied: a spray pattern test on an actuator.

Spray Pattern Test

Verifies mist quality, spray angle, and consistency against the approved reference sample.

Standard: Matches approved sample
Sampling
Photo to be supplied: a dosage measurement on a metering valve.

Dosage Verification

Measures actual output per actuation for metering valves and pumps, checked against target spec.

Tolerance: ±5% of target dosage
Sampling
Photo to be supplied: a seal-depth gauge measuring a crimped valve cup.

Seal Depth Measurement

Confirms crimping/seal depth compatibility with your filling line equipment before mass production.

Tool: Seal-depth gauge
Sampling
Photo to be supplied: dimensional inspection of a valve component.

Dimensional Inspection

Critical dimensions checked with calipers, gauges, and CMM equipment against drawing tolerance.

Precision: ±0.01–0.03mm
Batch Test
Photo to be supplied: a spring force test on a valve spring.

Spring Force Test

Measures spring compression force to ensure consistent actuation feel and valve return performance.

Standard: Within spec range (N)
Batch Test
Photo to be supplied: a packed carton on a drop test rig.

Drop & Transit Test

Packed cartons undergo drop testing to simulate handling and shipping conditions before export.

Standard: ISTA-aligned procedure
On Request
Photo to be supplied: material samples prepared for laboratory testing.

Material Composition Test

Third-party lab testing (e.g. SGS) available on request to verify material safety and regulatory compliance.

Covers: REACH / RoHS compliance
Sampling standards

AQL Inspection Standards

Our pre-shipment inspection follows internationally recognized AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling standards.

Defect ClassificationDefinitionAQL Level Applied
Critical DefectCould cause safety hazard or complete functional failure (e.g. valve leakage)0 (Zero tolerance)
Major DefectAffects product function or usability (e.g. incorrect dosage, poor spray pattern)AQL 1.5
Minor DefectCosmetic or minor issue not affecting function (e.g. small surface mark)AQL 2.5

Inspection sample size is determined based on total order quantity, following standard AQL sampling tables (e.g. ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 or ISO 2859-1).
